Stage Makeup:
All
dancers wear makeup on stage
so that their faces are seen from the audience. The lighting can wash
out
their faces, and makeup emphasizes their features. Here is an article

Classes Resume
August 15th
Classes
will continue after the show starting Aug 15. The dance studio will be
closed from August 24th to September 5th due to the floor work being
done. There is no discount on tuition since some months there are 5
weeks of classes and we do not charge extra. If you will be on vacation
and do not want to pay the tuition rate, you may pay the drop-in rate
of $15 per class.

Kermes (Kermez)
In
October we plan to have a Kermes which is a community
event where our families bring different food dishes. We sell the
food to raise money. Performances will also occur throughout the day.
Tuition
Rates will remain at the lowered rate for
next year!

The annual
registration fee will be increased to $15. If you pay
your full August tuition rate, then you may re-register at a
discounted rate. If you enrolled after June 1st, 2011, the fee is only
$3.00 otherwise the fee is $7.00. If you do not pay the full August
tuition rate, the re-registration fee is $15.
All Student must Re-Register.

Closed: Due to the floor installation
and refinishing, the dance studio will be closed from August 24th to
